Widely Accepted Interpretations

  • Lord Krishna who is referred here as Madhava, and Arjun, were seated on a chariot. Their chariot is yoked with white horses and they blow their divine conches.
  • This shows that Pandavs are also fully prepared and ready for Battle.
  • White horses that are yoked to the chariot of Arjun represents that Arjun and Krishna’s cause is righteous, pure and aligned with divine and cosmic order.
  • Presence of Krishna on Pandav’s side with Arjun signifies that there is always a divine intervention when your cause is righteous and morally correct. And if you are fighting against a righteous and moral cause, it means that you are fighting against the divine powers and are bound to loose.
